story goes...

did a swap on some rear lights last year, mine were sitting in the shed and he said he couldnt send his as he hadnt got any to put on his car.
so out of goodwill i sent mine on the basis that he recieved them, put mine on his car and sent me his.
done my bit and he never sent his to me. after 12 pm's he never replied, then at the beginning of december he sent me a pm saying he had been serving at her majesty's expense.
ok i thought it was genuine, he said he would send them and still nothing recieved!!!

now wont reply to the pm's.

so if you know him can you link him to the thread and expain or pm me.

think its time to take action against this , there is just to much of it happening ..

it just really gets on my nerves that people con other people on forums that you join thinking that you are all like minded people with the same interests. seems like some people are only interested in what they can screw people over for!!!

 

you must have his address? go pay him a visit.

nothing violent just get your lights back or his ones he ows you?!

Have you tried the phone book with his address to get a home number ? Could always tell mummy and daddy what he's done so he gets grounded! lol Or his mrs then she give him ear ache!

Failing that go and give him a visit and sit and wait.

 

A thread like this comes up every day. Someone putting their trust in someone and then taking a slap in the face for being a trusting person.
I am very surprised that there is not a trader reference system in place similar to eBay.
In order to sell on here you should have to supply your name address number etc, before you can ad anything.
If I'm honest it's put me off buying anything I cannot collect on here.

honest people who do trust often get the shaft,
classic case here, im sending a cheque for some bits bought here will put garantee no on the back but dont expect the seller to post the stuff till it clears, I wouldnt, have done in the past dependant on the no of posts they have and how well known they are.
Scoobyste I would suggers he,s back inside or gone and bought an Astra or something by the face he,s last activity was back in september there is only 2 choices mate, Bite it or go find him!!!
