Nope don't think there is coz otherwise people could go to other peoples houses for cutting them up in the morning!!

Sounds like a good idea til you think of the level of some people out there!

Your just lucky you didn't have a serious accident

Write to the DVLA and say someone parked on your land and you wish to send them a fine.
I am sure I saw something on watchdog about you being able to do it that way.
The police will follow it up, its a nice easy job for someone. Bet they were in a french car...... I have been egged twice and both times it was a french car..

hope it gets sorted

Lying in order to obtain a keepers details from the DVLA is a criminal offence.

DVLA will do it over the phone now I think, check their website, but as stated you have to have a lawful reason. If no damage caused then not much the police can do other than advise them...

In Switzerland you get given a registration number when you pass your test and you then keep that number for life! They print a book each year with a list of names and addresses for each reg number. Its amazing how polite the Swiss are to each other when driving as a result Not sure it would work so well in the UK though
