the owner is prob in ireland and had a few to many guinness

 

unless it belongs to someone living in one of the houses in fishguard harbour, perhaps he works nights and thats why it's there all day? the houses opposite the pub back onto the carpark.

 

car been standing for a long time the discs are rusting away its been there night and day for a good 6 months

 

Probably stolen already n dumped.

 

More than likely a blow up and 1 of the workers there who's attitude is "yeah" I sort it 1 day and its just sat!

 

I'd go for that; probably missing a big end and has good crankcase ventilation via the hole in the engine block made by the ejecting conrod

 

o and another thing theres a wallet in it maybe someone: jumpe overboard on the fishgard ferry
