Hi
Looking for opinions have got a Hawkeye Sti standard except prodrive back box, have test driven a 330s not too sure if its the right move or not.
Seems to be very civalised without the raw feel of my old car.
Love the interior, styling and practicality of it but doesnt have that real kick in the pants feel, even with the extra power/torque. It is fast but just doesnt seem to feel it.
Has anyone made a similar move and are you pleased with it?
Any help would be appreciated.

I had a 53 reg blobeye running 350bhp I traded it in for a new uk sti hatchback ok not the 330s. My opinions does feel more civilised seems better put together very smooth to drive although in standard form it does feel like your going quick but it is if that makes any sence.
But after a few tweeks the power is there and it goes like stink and throws you back in the seat have taken a few people out in it who were made to feel uneasy in the passenger seat.
all in all its the best move i ever made tbh loving every minute of the car

hi oiler,
i've got same car as you also completely standard, how good does the prodrive exhaust sound, as standard sti is to quiet and i'm thinking of just changing back box only to get more burble, cheers.

Not much point mate, you need to change the centre pipe on a 2.5ltr to get shot of the resonator that silences the exhaust. That and the back box and it will sound spot on - and I am not into these loud booming exhausts either.
