New member/Advice needed...
Hi,
Just joined up today, thinking of getting an Impreza in the near future so thought best i join up.
Looking for 1998-2000 model, possbily an RB5 but not sure yet, i used to own a 98 "S" plate about 7 years ago and loved it. Mine was covered by warranty at the time so i didnt have to worry about anything but im hearing a few horror stories now.
What do i need to look out for when buying, i would prefer a UK model, or is an import better, prefer a 5 door estate as have a dog but saloon would be ok, got a budget of around 5K but if i can get something for a lot cheaper then thats better for me.
Any help would/advice be great guys.
Chris

First of all welcome. Second.... There is a nice young man selling his wagon here
Classic - Facelift STi5 Wagon for sale - Surrey Scoobies
I think it might be on the sale section on SN too.
If its an import I would be **** about the history, Take your time its a buyers market.
All the folk on here will be happy to look over any adverts you might find and see if they can find anything you might need to look out for.
Good luck
