As above and i'm not sure if it's been posted before. But what is the biggest waste of money that you have spent on your scoob and it hasn't quite worked out.

I'm talking BOV's, Spoilers that dont quite work out, Stickers, You get the idea.

An HID kit that gave good as no difference between dip and main beams. Kept it on the car for 2 months before ditching it in favour of my old bulbs bulbs. £200 well spent

Fitting STI suspension, from a v5 apparently, to my classic. It took me all day to do and i haven`t noticed that much difference. Also it hasn`t stopped a knocking noise from the rear which i hope it would. I should have put the money towards a coilover group buy instead!

The 3" Revolution exhaust system.

It was built crap, looked crap and after a few months of not being able to hear my car, i got a new exhaust system.

glad to knw that i havent made any costly mistakes as of yet as i usually buy second hand off ebay or research deeply into the product on this forum and have other peoples opinions first

oh 1 mistake actually paid £155 for a polished inlet manifold bloke said it fitted my car when actually i have a my97 impreza and the inlet was for a pre my96 sold it for £140 so only lost £15

A second hand apexi fc ecu that died whilst mapping.......was only on the car about 3hrs top!! So called 'uprated discs and pads' for the standard 4 pots.......killed them easily and went straight to a big brake kit!

I've not made any bad purchases as such, I've just bought loads of stuff and left it sat in the garage unfitted for ages. Taking the car off the road for the whole of March so I can get them done, includes larger TMIC, Walbro, Hybrid DV, oil catch can, adjustable rear arms, de-cat, up-pipe, GGR induction kit with heatshield, brake stopper. I could made a fortune in interest if I'd left the money in the bank and bought all the stuff now.

Have a look at you rear bumper fixings if you've got noises coming from the rear, I had the same which drove me nuts for month. I added extra nuts and bolts and the knocking noise went away

EBC grooved and dimpled disks and greenstuff on a classic - just rubbish, no feel, and well...rubbish at stopping the car!
