Do all yellow cameras flash?
Just been up to central London tonight, went through two cameras 5-6mph over the speed limit, but no flash? Do the smaller yellow cameras just not flash?

some have a purple lens on the flash so you wouldn't notice if it did flash. The worst thing to worry about with London is the cctv cameras as you will often get a penalty charge through the post for entering box junctions when they're not clear, parking and u-turns which some keen-eyed cctv operator has seen you do.
Like above, the only way to know for sure is to wait for 14 days.

And you also have to take into account the inaccurecy of your speedo and the tolerance of the camera settings, ie if the camera is set to 10% over and/or your speedo is a few % out (mine reads 2mph over my sat nav at all times) then you might of got away with it

What do you mean by yellow cameras, most camera casings are painted yellow to increse public awareness more than to define what sort of camera it is.
You get different types of cameras in yellow casings. if the camera was located right next to traffic lights then chances are it is a traffic light cam, if not then likely a speed cam - a lot of speed cameras do not flash, the older types used to.
