Default Decat and MOT....

New owner of an RB5 here, never had a Subaru before but it is a simply staggering car, much more than I expected.

Anyway, as a bit of a newbie to the car, it is decat and MOT is due soon. Does anyone know of any 'friendly' MOT testing places near Luton or Hemel Hempstead....

Or any garages that prep the car to pass and then put the decat back on after etc...

I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to do, though I do have the Cats I can't faff about with them myself....not terribly good at that sort of thing TBH

Cheers
Matt

You only need the centre one to get it through an MoT, if you've got ramps it only takes ten minutes to swap. Even the muppets in KwikFit could do it though I still wouldn't let them loose on a Scoob. I used to just get mine done as part of a service at my local specialist, they used to swap it over, put it in for a MoT at some local place, then swap it back.

Be aware though that with the centre only it's wise to get it nice and hot before going through the MoT so take it for a good blast first
