Default Points question...

I stupidly got caught using my mobile whilst driving. I got caught and I obviously wont be doing that again! £60 and 3 points....

My question is, how does this type of offence affect your insurance? I know speeding offenses make a dent in the premium but not sure how ins companies view this.

It'll be my only 3 points BTW.

Any thoughts?

Probably not a lot mate. My speeding 3 points didn't affect mine much.
