Default Forester 2.0x any good?

Hi, im looking to get a forester 2.0x for the workhorse, carting the dogs about etc, and wondered if anyone could tell me their opinion on them. It's a 53 plate with all the extras. Whats the boot space like?
I understand the xt is the turbo version, but don't think it's needed, and fuel consumption/insurance will be less with the x.

Thanks,Mit

I was just looking at that on piston heads! That's a very nice motor, and i would love it But...... it's just a bit too extreme for a dog chariot, don't want to be scraping them off the rear screen every time i go for a drive!
