Default key pad in the coin tray

friend just had a blob eye and theres a key pad in the coin tray,was it an imobiliser of some kind(if it was its been disconnected)
any help appriciated

I am sure i had one like that i think it's the standard overide pad if you lose the Key with the door/close opener on ????

It is a keypad alarm/immobiliser. It enables you to utilise extra security features such as auto locking, switching off the sensors full lock down without entering the code etc. A dealer can reset to the factory setting should you wish to use it
