Default CDB or 2.5

Ok i'm about to do an engine swap in the next week or so. Thing is what one to go for.

1. RCMS 2.5

2. 2.0 CDB fully forged.

Once run in i'll be looking for a turbo uprade and I/C upgrade, as well as Fuel pump etc... Not looking to run silly boost levels, but some decent bhp and torque.

If you don't want silly BHP and lots of boost stick with a standard 2.5 block case and just forge it imo.

An awful lot of people will agree with this that pennine produce a great engine, not only the customers but tuners and certain rolling road operators have said they always perform very well. Chi has a very good name in this area.

I don't work for them either but reporting facts to help the OP make his/her decision sensibly.

Has anyone had any big power builds from them

Mine is a 2.5ltr closed deck block built by Chy wright and soon to be running 600bhp'ish
