Has my suspension gone or going?
Over the last week i have noticed that my nearside back tyre is catching on the wheel arch. Only one side is rubbing. The rubbing is when i go over small bumps and bends.
I had my springs shortened about 6 years ago and have had no problems until now. I used to hear the rubbing if i had a lot of weight in the back but its doing it with the car empty.
I have also gone into a really bad pot hole that punctured my tyre. I am wondering if i have caused some damage from this.
During the last week i think the car is getting worse
Any suggestions please

Is it the wheelarch itself or the rubber protector thingy under the lip? If so, has that worn/relaxed, hence the rubbing? If so, take it off and bin it or replace it.
Otherwise... Suspension topmounts can wear over time and springs can and do break. Wear, sloppiness in the rear suspension links could also be a factor.
Best get the car to a garage for a checkup before it needs a checkup and a new tyre.
