header tank bolts

header tank bolts

evenin all. on my sti8 header tank there are a few bolts going around the outside of the top of it. they could do with some polishing. can you take these bolts out one by one without looseing coolant or anything?

As long you don't start it you should be okay. It's no different to when I did my rear diff cover

Unless you disturb the gasket/seal then you'll be fine. Just do them one at a time and make sure you don't excert any excessive pressure to break the seal.
