![Question](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/icons/icon5.gif)
i've been looking at selling the scooby for a few months now, only that i'd like to have 1 car in the family and the wife only drives a auto (she has her own little runaround), my current choice would be a Golf GTI DSG. Never driven one but would hope that the mix of Fun/power and being family friendly would be a good choice.
What's the general opinion of these or what other choice is there of a similar spec.
My current car is a UK STI - 04.

That DSG gearbox is fab... drove one in an audi A3... only thing was to change up the box you pushed the gearstick forward... which seemed kinda the wrong way round. Little paddles on the wheel are winsauce though

We have a GTI (as well as an Sti) and I have to say that it's a cracking car. I wanted the DSG box, but my wife, whose car it is, has never driven an auto and wasn't prepared to try
I can thoroughly recommend it. As good as the Sccoby in some respects and better in others.
