Hey I've just had my rear arches welded and waxoiled and they have done a good job of it.
He pointed out that Import cars don't get the inside of the panels treated, he showed me the boot took the lining out and said that this will need coating with some stuff.
So my question is which stuff do I need someone mentione laquer paint???

Use waxoyl in the cavities - doors, wings (inside the wheelarch liner) sills etc. and underseal (Waxoyl do one) where its directly exposed to the elements.
Many years ago I bought a Datsun Cherry (remember those?) which I treated with Waxoyl and kept it in the family for 14 years with no rust, at a time when Jap cars were prone to corrosion!
