If you had your car booked into a garage and coz you were 40 mins late due to a missunderstanding with what time you had to be there (i thought 10:30 and it was apparently 10) and hitting traffic to make matters work, and they turned you away and said you had to re- book it what would you do??

oh and... ya cars pissing oil every where....

they were not busy no. from what i can work out they had a late night last night due to "customer being late", and the machanic i spoke to and booked it had to come in on his day off and could not wait for me.

not my problem really, its a garage not a job interview at the end of the day. i understand what there saying but its still a big muggy. epesch as the garage is 30 miles away from where i live. so insted of spending money on getting the car sorted ready for a car show at weekend, i now got a even worse oil leak as i drove harder there (as i was late) £20 down in fuel and £3 on tols that i didnt need to spend.AAANNNNDDD, i gotta try and find some 1 that will fix it b4 the weekend.

 

Most busy garages now work with a computorised booking system, your car was probably booked to a specific technition for an hour slot at ten and then probably had another job booked to that technition at eleven, so for whatever reson you missed your slot, they should have given you the option to leave your car to be looked at at the soonest opertunity or rebook you

 

possably yeah i understand that. i was the only person there, no cars out side either.

did take it as my **** up this morn but the more i think about it the more i think f**k you bunch of tw@ts. spoke to me like a skool boy!
