S203 import - the new IVA, can anyone explain??

After digging the forum for some weeks I still haven't got a clue... can I import a S203 to the UK without a model report now? can anyone in the know share some info... please

you need to contact VOSA-part of the DVLA good luvk-they f*cked up my SVA application so now have to pap out for IVA £450!!! compared to SVA £190

I've ordered an import pack from DVLA, arrived my door this morning (it is May now). Pack still shows SVA leaflet(INF106) and never mentioned IVA... is there any import guru here?
