Fuel type in standard 2.5 STI?

Default Fuel type in standard 2.5 STI?

Hi all,

Is standard unleaded ok in a standard 2006 2.5 STI or is super unleaded only?

super unleaded only im afraid mate. stick to shell v power cos bp ultimate is a ripoff (about 13p litre more at the moment- even more a few months back)

What happens if you run them on normal unleaded?
I think the Texco's near me dont do super unleaded

Who does Sainsburies fuel? They are doing super unleaed at 97.9 at the moment I see.

lol want to save my penies for things to do to it lol and doing 80 miles a day to work and back, I just want to get best value etc. Plus there is no Shell garages on the way to work etc

best get yourself a scooter then cos you will be filling the scoob every fourth day mate

lol I drive a 330CI convertable now and dont push it to hard, I get about 25 ish MPG from it lol
