Unhappy

Richard - had a similar problem with mine. They let me have a Magnex exhaust, I told them about my new Corbeau seats and when I asked about 17" alloys they wanted *cough* £240 *cough* for the remaining 8 months of my policy.

They allow me 2 mods and then draw the line. I can't be @rsed to change insurer and the policy was the cheapest anyway.

I don't reckon they would allow other subaru parts as that is changing the car from standar (otherwise I could try and get hold of some 16" scooby alloys to replace my 15s).

Worth phoning them up - I have a hotline to mine now

... advice needed from Rum or anyone in the insurance trade..... I have, with no joy, asked my insurance company if they would allow me to put a Magnex rear box on my car...they said no only standard Subaru parts are allowed.....this has got me thinking......would a Subaru supplied rear box count?? I'm thinking P1 RB5 etc..... could this be the way to smarten up my rear end ?
Any advice from "insiders" will obviously not be quoted in future correspondance to my company..... all people shall remain nameless etc.....
