You bought her then fella. Well doneski

I've heard good things on Clifford and their range of products, also had a Toad system installed on my old WRX which had no security.

Currently got an Autowatch system on my Pug205, again fitted as it had nowt when I bought it.

Any of the three above gets my vote

I do like Toads too but they dont have the option to open boot by remote like the clifford which I need as I use the boot every day.

Your car should have an alarm as standard mate, mine does (although mine is an 05). The hawkeye i've driven did have too.

Go for a Clifford, if only for the Blackjax anti-hijack feature. The most common way of stealing newer cars is with the keys, but with Blackjax they shouldn't get far even if they have them. Combined with a Disklok it should serve you well.

Just a note of caution. If the importer hasn't fitted an alarm as part of the sale package (many reputable importers do) then they may also have forgotten that a JDM car needs a remap to run on our 97-99RON unleaded fuel as opposed to the Jap 100RON stuff. Also make sure the speedo and odometer have been converted to miles from km.

The speedo says MPH as the top, KPH is in the inside.
The fuel filler cover says "98 Ron unleaded only"

EU car then, probably. As mentioned on your other thread, if it doesn't have a rear wash/wipe then it isn't a Jap car. Most likely a Cypriot import, so OK on our super unleaded,
