does it go away when you depress the clutch?
Could be the concentric slave cylinder.

Sounds like Clutch Release bearing IMHO and will more than make a noise when warm etc...

Let us know how you get on matey?

If you can get a large good screw driver and listen at the end of it (Like a glass to a wall) to see if you can pin point the noise and then it wont be to hard to work out!

I can't hear anything on that video!

Get the car jacked up and get under there and look for anything loose!

Could it be exhaust rattle sometimes when bringing on load ?

I would expect a bottom end knock to be there all the time, not just intermittently. I mean you could rev and it would disappear (or get worse) and then when you got back to idle you would hear it again.

Have you done anything with the exhaust downpipe recently? There is a bracket on the downpipe near the gearbox and if that is loose (or bent - caused by speed bumps perhaps) the exhaust can clatter occasionally. I had this when I changed downpipe a few years back

It could be downpipe as mentioned above as I get something similar when i start the car like a rattling noise. got decat downpipe but when i put my standard downpipe on for MOT it went away!! Strange so i just put it down as that causing it!

Hope you find out soon pal

Now heres a thing...

I had to take my down pipe last week and when I put it back on I forgot to put the bolt back in the bracket that bolts the down pipe to the gear box and all seems fine apart from the odd time it rattled sounding like the back of the engine!

Jacked the car back up and found I missed a bolt and when bolted on the noise has gone!

Have you also tried getting someone to sit in the car with the hand brake on in gear slowly bringing it on to load just enough for the clutch to engage and the car dip under load ? While someone has there head in the engine bay ?

Did you check all the heatshields as i mentioned earlier on?

My car has one that sometimes rattles when the car is ticking over and other times it doesnt. It sometimes does when pulling away in first but you dont hear it in anyother gear. Its a metalicy clanging rattle sound. I cant hear your video to compare as i am work.
