Photoshop isn't free i'm afraid but you could try
GIMP available here
GIMP - The GNU Image Manipulation Program
Gimp is an open source alternative to photoshop
and looks similar.

cheers for that, just downloaded it, and i havnt got a clue what to do on it so ive uninstalled it haha

It really isn't mate, learn the basics like how to cut n move objects around, using layers n get use to the different tools.
