It touch up paint a dealer only job?

Looks like I've picked up a stone chip already, and its going to need treatign ASAP.

Can't find touch up paints listed on any of the sites I know. Are they dealer only?

got some from halfords my self spot on for the first 6 months ish, now it's gone darker not to sure why.
