Budget?
Now this will make it even more confusing for you
What style of impreza (classic,bugeye,blobeye,hawkeye,hatchback)?
UK or JDM?

Thanks for info!! I think.
Def not looking for a hatchback. Im more interested in a classic and to be honest dont really know the difference between blobeye or hawkeye.
My budget is up to £4500.

Ironically that's about my budget for new one but i'm looking at the RA or Type R version.
There is a picture here of the variants from the front Scoobypedia | Trusted knowledge for everything Subaru | SidcFaq / SIDC FAQ
Bottom one is the Hawkeye one above it is the blobeye

WRX's and STI's in the classic shapes are all JDM imports (JDM = Japanese Domestic Market) and are group 20 cars, UK turbo's are grp 17 cars, but it depends on what your after, at 10 years old there will be some rot somewhere and finding an unabused example is getting rare, but hunt around, buying a standard(ish) car is a fairly safe bet and fsh is recommended.
Oh and put some money on one side, about 1k really, gives you chance to have the car fully serviced and any small bits doing with that budget

I got my low mileage, very good consition JDM '99 STi for not much more than your budget. Look around, be prepared to walk away from a few, and you will get a good one.

Very rare, lower insurance than an STI and quicker (same turbo, lower gearing). If you can squeeze a little bit more into your budget, send me a PM if your interested
