Default £1000 to spend....On what though ?

Right i have a grand to spend and im thinking of either the suspension as it is knocking like a bitch and is driving me mad (bc coilovers) or uprating the turbo to an aftd05 18/20g.
Would have been a bit more but just had to shell out on two toyo r888s !!!! ouch.

The car is an 04 sti ppp with

3" de cat exhaust
ported/wrapped headers
flow matched u/p
Colder grade plugs
K&n filter
Bob r map with v-power and nf

general synopsis is the suspension then... I have the whiteline adj arb and solid droplinks and was thinking on the front arb and alk, but does this dial the understeer back in though, im sure ive read that somewhere...

It reduces the effect of the rear bar, reducing the tendency to oversteer.

But it increases the grip of the car overall. With R888's you will be astounded on a decent bit of tarmac..... [track ideally !]

I did the up-grade in two steps as you would, and now reckon I need a 24mm rear bar to make [on track] oversteer a possibility.

HTH

the 24mm adj rear bar is the one i have on, so i think il go for the bc coilovers and front arb and alk. tyres are being fitted tomorrow lunch time !!!!!!! sounds like i need to leave the car in garage when its wet though, which i guess will be most of the bloody time being i live in the westcountry....

Nothing from Indigo-GT.

Massively overpriced - £1000 for a Power FC.

Brakes 1st, suspension 2nd, more power 3rd.

We can't help it if Apexi puts up the distributor cost. If the exchange rates recover the price comes down.

I think if you check on most items we are there or there abouts.
