Default gruppe-s any good?

found this website for a fully built engine www.gruppes.com/Subaru/submotors.htm
just seems a little cheap though with the gs800 wpc only being around £4500. i know there would be shipping charges but surely that cant be too much. would the engine come built or would you have to put it together yourself does anybody know?

If it's the short engine then it's ready to fit, I've just installed a Gruppe S stage 1 2.5 short engine, sourced it here in the uk from a s/n member who shipped it last year and never installed.
API did the conversion and to be fair, David would have preferred to do his own build.
The finnish on the block was first class, it runs quietly when cold and has used 0.5 litre oil in the 1300mile running in period.
My info is that their products are good and they're top on value.
PM me if I can be of any help
Trevor

Import charges are duty, around 3.5% and VAT at 15% based on the invoice value inclusive of shipping plus customs clearance fee.
