550cc injectors, mappable ecu, later map sensor. Im suprised your running the the standard ecu with the mods you have.

and change the fuel pump on an older car for safety.
Choose a good ECU and mapper to go with it and you should be fairly close to your intended power.

this has all already been told to you in other threads, upgrade fuel pump to a walbro one, at least 550cc pink sti injectors, equal or un equal length headers, up pipe, full decat, inner guard cold air intake, fmic, and the vf34 turbo you have should def make 350 bhp and near same torque with a remap

Not quite. For a start, the car is M/Y 95 WRX so pink injectors (New Age) will not fit. 350 bhp is just at the limit of 440cc or just beyond so while 550cc Phase 1 injectors are a good idea, any bigger is ill advised. Tubular headers are unlikely to be the best choice for 350 bhp. Ported headers and matched uppipe as advised previously. Stick with the O/E air box and pannel filter but if you already have a K+N cone and it is large enough, stay with it. No need for the expense of a cold air kit. 350 bhp or there abouts after a decent remap but with a bit less torque on standard internals.
