What do you guys think? At the moment im on a traders policy through work. Im in the motor trade. Ive been on a traders policy for nine years and have never made a claim. The only thing against me is that at the moment im banned. Got banned for 28 days for speeding. Been driving twelve years, no points and im 29. The car would be either a type ra or evo 5 worth say 6500. How much do you think it will cost me?

AFAIK the no claims from the traders policy wont count towards your personal insurance ( could be wrong, but a mate is on a works policy, and his doesn't ) - so you'll be looking at 0 ncd, plus a speeding ban - insurance will probably cost about the same as the car.

 

Try the Insurance section mate there might be some brokers on there that might be able to help.
When I had a van I was on a company policy for 5 years never had any claims,then I went self employed and got a van of my own all they asked for was proof that I had been covered by my bosses insurance and that there had been no claims. They gave me full no claims after that
