Default Moisture in rear Morette lights

I've got Morette lights fitted to my 03 STI but theres a load of condensation in the rear lights. It's in the circular reflectors around the actual lights and in the 2 with the led's. I've stripped them down to look at them and noticed that there are small holes in the bottom of each part. I was hoping that the condensation would just clear on its own and thats why the holes are there but it hasn't.

Has anybody else had this problem? If so what did you do about it?

Can get this on my front ones on MY03 STi as well I put it down to the seals or the hole as you describe. Wouldn't mind knowing how to sort this one out either.
