Default Do any of you

Ever get tired of clearly slower cars trying it on or worse people driving slower the minute they see you behind them as they think you're a boy racer.

Im not having a whinge just a bit fed up with it, id just like to be left alone on the roads for a change.

I'm only 21, look even younger and drive a subaru impreza, EVERYONE thinks i'm a boy racer.

get it all the time from old people, like you say people slowing down and staring at you through their rear view mirrors and most of all from the police.

but 90% of the time i don't even drive above 2000 - 2500 revs, yeah fair enough i put my foot down now and again, but i dont think i'm colim mcrae or something !

and as for people trying it on, i just love speeding up a bit, so they're sat alongside you, they look right tw*ts then lol

cheers nick

Can't say i've had the whole people slowing down thing when they see me, but a police car did speed up to catch up with me last night. Only to see me driving very respectably haha .

All slow cars get ignored, unless there are fit women inside

Lets face it cars with Gold wheels picnic tables on the boot dust bins for an exhaust and big holes in the bonnet are always going to attract some sort of attention.

Yesturday I had a X3 "M-sport" (m sport ) sniffing my rear bumper on the dual carriageway whilst overtaking cars.

However he soon backed off when I didn't bother slowing down for the tightish bend: 530 handles, X3s are rolly pile of poops that don't do twisties regardless of the m-sport badge...SUVs know your limits

i am forever getting arseholes stuck to my rear bumper generally when i have the misses and the kids in. its got to a point after 6 years of scooby ownership i am seriously considering getting rid of the car.

if they do decide to sit on my bumper the get one warning a quick flash of the brake lights if that dosent work i just dive on the brakes it normally wakes them up. proberly not the most responcable approach but it works.

330mm 8 pot k-sports and 2 pot rears it stops quicker than most of the ***** eyes go from normal to the size of tea plates very quickly
