what sort of figures have you seen on your car from an open source remap done by Andrew Carr ??
I am planning to just upgrade the fuel pump to a walbro, the air filter to a k&n panel filter and take the 3 cats out, then get it mapped,
so please mention what mods you have or if you also have this set up,
cheers nick

PM coops78,
IIRC, his WRX (similar spec to yours) managed 280/300 but has launch control, safe "warm up", and more added !
Put colder plugs in as well !

Its not about figures, why do people want the best figures, they mean nothing, its about how the car drives, you could have a 320bhp car and a 350bhp car and the 320bhp car eats it for dinner, and why? the power delivery ![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)
If you want info on Andrew Carr then go speak to him![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)

as said above, its not all about figures.the last time andrew mapped mine and i put it on the rollers it made 461bhp.i was happy with the result but even more so with the way the car drove and the time he had spent on the mapping to make it drive like that.i would recomend andrew to anyone as he is a great bloke and a great mapper.

Can't fault the mapping, and the car doesn't even use any more fuel than before.
