Default how easy to?

Guys

i have just got a mk1 t25 on a 2005 plate. it has the standard blue carpet fitted but i was just wondering how easy it was to change it to the dark grey carpet.

i assume it is front and rear seats out and maybe so plastic trim? for the seats is there anything to be careful of? or is it just 4 bolts and the lot comes out,

cheers

steve
