It's hard to say as every car is different etc.
Have you got TMIC or FMIC?
With the mods and the T working it's magic I can't see why you can't get around 440bhp just with 100mls of octane booster if on FMIC.
If on TMIC let me know how you get on.
I'm running this spec on my V7 STi
MD321T
Lateral Performance tubular headers and up-pipe wrapped (GT Spec)
550cc injectors
Fuelab reg (micro)
RCM Team ICE system with NON RES CENTRE
RCM Sports CAT
Hyperflow CAIK
Turbosmart dual port
EcuTek remapped By JollyGreenMonster
255 Walbro pump
NF Octane Booster (only 100mls )
V-POWER ONLY
Silkolene PRO S 10w/50 Engine oil
Grp N short shift
Hardrace - Uprated Engine, gearbox mounts and Stabilizer (to be fitted)
I made 402.5bhp and 359lbft . I now wish I went for a set of bigger injectors and may,just maybe a FMIC.

top mount intercooler on a 321t is a backward move imo, lag is huge on a 2.0ltr, beleive me get a 321h on a 2ltr will be approx 40bhp peak power less but will actually be a faster car on the road, can retain your top mount (front mount still much better) and standard clutch (if its a 6 speed) and alot less stress on engine, yes the 321t is a awesome turbo but suited to 2,3,2.5, not trying to put a downer on your plans bud just giving some advice, im sure mark at lateral will say exactly the same

People always seem to say the T isn't suited to a 2L......
When buying mine (and when my friend bought his), Mark at Lateral highly recommended the T on our 2L. As he said the VVT heads on the Version 8's work very well. Not sure if V7's have VVT heads, but if they do, definitely go for the T! Jolly Green Monster said he's always been impressed with the T's on 2L as well.

yes ur right bud v7 sti does have vvt on inlet cams too and this can be mapped to advance earlier in the rev range, and yes it also helps spool, im just saying imo after haven driven 2003sti with 321h and a 2005 sti with 321t both standard 2ltr uk motors both mapped by same mapper the first of the 2 was a quicker car and much beter drivability and i dare say engine will last longer too

Yeah, fair point mate.
From my point of view, I wanted over 400bhp though, so the H wouldnt have suited me. I got 432/375, and was told if I improved my exhaust, I maybe would have got more out of it, still staying safe.
