Default Advice required please.

I have a 2006 WRX STI which I have had for just over one year. I have left the vehicle as standard until the warranty ran out and I am now wanting to mod it up a little.
I am not a mechanic and I do not have the ability to play with the engine. I also don't don't want to be running backwards and forwards to a garage with continuing problems that end up costing me a fortune.
I was thinking about a full exhaust system but I have no idea where to start. I have considered advice from friends who state just change the down pipe, de-cat and go for a live road map upgrade or just take it straight in to scooby world and let them sort it for me.
Any ideas would be appreciated on the best systems please.

a full decat system an uprateded fuel pump, panel filter and a remap are a good start, should get you to about 330bhp

Would that be the scooby world one? Need to speak to them to see whether they change the manifold and whether they can do it all in stainless.

doesn't have to be scoobyworld mate but I'm sure they would do something similar.

You don't need to change the manifold unless your after more power.

If you do want it changing though, it would be best to buy a good quality one, there are loads of cheap, rubbish fitting ones out there

Yeah, I would rather change the whole lot including the manifold. I don't really want all different parts. I would like a full system front to back from one manufacturer.
