I read the news, hear the radio, etc. etc. Blah blah.
O.K. so some people are nicking scoob's - the scum.
Where are they going? Are they exporting them, or "ringing" them, or breaking them up, or smashing them up?
What cars are going?
Are new shape bug eyes top of the list, 4 or 5 doors?
What are they looking for to nick?

this may seem like a stupid reply but why bother trying to nick a scooby coz most people have got trackers on them now or is that not the case? Why not nick something that is easier like a Merc or BMW (not that I've got anything against thous to maques)

A lot of Scoobs are nicked to use in ram raids or armed robberies. This means they don't care about trackers, alarms, smashing front doors to get keys, car-jacking etc. I've said it before here, but will say it again, both Bracknell and Farnborough Police are stopping all Imprezas as a routine to check if they are stolen...

Makes you mad as hell when you realise these people just don't care.
I wouldn't think a right hand drive UK car could be ringed and sold many places. Are right hand drive cars popular in LH drive contries?

There must be a big market in parts...... very easy and good way of making money. Selling a stolen car is to risky... Most Scoob buyers will get the car checked or be aware if something is wrong.
