Whats a P1 worth??

Whats a P1 worth??
Was in my local italian last night talking to the owner and it turns out he has a blue 'w' reg P1 back home in Italy which is dry stored, well below average miles and totally unmolested apart from a CAIK.
He knows i'm into my Scoobs so asked if i could find out for him a realistic ball park figure.
He is just testing the water at the mo but i'm sure it will be going up for sale as he spends 9 months of the year here due to his business and it doesn't get used at all.
So any advise welcome

age old answer really imo. something is only worth what the person is willing to pay. this is not necessarily the answer that we would like to hear when attempting to sell something we cherish, and is in no way an attempt to undervalue our pride and joy. at the end of the day though if the price is right its gonna sell, sure he could "hold onto it" and wait for a better offer, while time is the biggest depreciating factor (next to mileage) against him. I think the best way around this is to ask him to cut the crap and put a bottom line figure on the table and not go below it. then if he was to get a few people intrested he could then lay his cards on the table and hope to get a bit more from one of them. just my opinion. hope he ends up happy either way.

A few weeks ago a P1 was sold from Kent . 30,000 miles for £ 12,000. In my opinion if the guy had it up for £ 15K it would have sold.
The P1 (standard) is a fantastic piece of engineering.
Never underestimate a car that Prodrive has involved itself with !!

She's parked outside mate just done some bits for MOT, tyres, rear drop links and brakes
I'm back working away all week again now so not about town so much, got layed off just after new year and was working at B**lins() for a while hence why you saw it about quite a bit.
Quite often see you about, we usually sat outside the ship on a weekend
