Coolant change?

Hi all!

Has anyone done a coolant change on a 2006 sti?

Any tips etc refilling, stopping or getting rid of air locks etc.
Also, what anti freeze and or addative to be added?

pretty easy mate, dont relly need much bleeding as the header is high up, when your filling i find keeping a good steady flow of coolant stops any airlocks occuring

The workshop manuals says it's special coolant etc is it?

as long as its compatable with ally, any good stuff will do mate
