Widnes, Police & STi?
Just seen What looked like a MY02 Prodrive Style STi, black with gold rally stickers, surrounded by Police in Widnes town centre!!! Was boxed in and had just collided with the car at the front. Had a Scotland badge on the back bumper, anyone know it?
