Does anyone know the size of the square rear number plate on a classic impreza to fit on the metal carrier? I ordered a standard uk sized square one but its too big so top part is obscured by bumper. I have mounted it further down so readable but im sure their is a proper size as ive seen them on other scoobys.

you need a import one.....
its approx 7" high and 13" long...
did they not ask if it was a import plate?????
you can fit a english rear plate,but you have to tuck metal hanger behind rear bumper..
and must say english ones look better on the back than import ones,and fill the gap that much better.

I think the imports look better but i guess its a personal preferance. I had a uk plate on my dented bumper but since then have changed bumper and straightend out the number plate carrier .
