How much you paying for it mate? With 110.000 on the clock i expect it to be prety cheap. Id be looking for a lower millage one if i were you mate, especially if you are planning on some heavy modding. If not and you are too bothered then just check its been serviced as and when needed, take it for a drive, if all seems well, boosts fine and drives nice happy days.

That would realy depend on the condition mate. If its real clean inside and out and drives fine i wouldnt be wanting to pay no more than between £2500 and £3000 for it anymore than that and id be wanting lower millage.

I've just been offered 2k for mine as a p/x. MY99 Uk Turbo standard with 107,000 on it.
I would have no problems buying with that amount of mileage if it drove ok.
