I know this board will be ever so slightly biased, but anyway......

Mitsubishi : mitsubishi evo 8 FQ 2005 PRICE REDUCED>>BARGAIN

or

Subaru : 2004 Subaru Impreza Sti PPP with only 24k miles

I thought the FQ series cars were Xtreme tuned (previously known as Ralliart) and that the MR cars were the imports?

Anyway, I would look out for a JDM twin scroll car over both tbh

Difficult choice between an evo 8 or a blobeye STI, but out of those two, the scoob, not liking the evo in yellow!

If this is any help ive had an 03 evo7 and an 03 sti ppp. Although the evo is slightly quicker the running costs are daft. If i had the choice again i would go for the impreza its easier to live with, trust me. Its not that im biased as i drive a megane, although looking for a classic around xmas time, lol. Good luck with whatever you get

That evo seems very cheap for an MY05 with only 21k, Shouldn't it have more then 5 service stamps at 4 years old..

For me I would go for the evo. Initially wanted an evo myself, but the insurance was almost double that than it was for an Impreza for me and I couldn't justify the higher maintenance costs this moment in time.
In the future, my next car defo will be an Evo though!

If running costs aren't an isuue then an Evo imo. More easily tuneable and a more focused alround performance car.
Imprezas sound awesome though.
