Help, Im confused about my exhaust
Hi,
New scooby owner, Ive added pics to the gallery if you want to take a look. When I purchased the car it had a Prodrive Bcak box fitted, however it is not a full PPP just the rear box for the sound effects. However after taking a look underneath, Im not sure if Im missing a cat or not. Its a MY03 WRX Blobeye, see pic below :
Also, did the WRX come with an Anti Roll Bar, as I think Ive spotted one underneath the car, and I wasn't sure if they did or not ?
Thanks again for you help folks

If i'm right, there are only 2 cat's,both on the downpipe, the yellow circled section is the centre section which doesnt have a cat,but should have a muffler type thing, looks like you have an aftermarket centre section too.

No Cat but a resonator that quietens things down a little. Yours is like mine , a straight through section with no resonator like this.
The second cat is in the down pipe & another is in the up pipe to turbo. I have a high flow Sport cat down pipe & a decat up pipe. This set up needed a remap for the car (MY03 WRX blobeye) to run properly.
You have both a front ARB & a rear ARB both connected to the chassis by drop links.

And the best pound/benefit mod on any Scooby is to replace the (OE 19mm) rear ARB with a 22mm (normal driver) or 24mm (smooth/progressive driver) adjustable Whiteline one, and add some solid (steel or alloy) drop-links instead of the OE plastic (flex & snap) ones.
