Lexus style lights on a classic Impreza
What are you thoughts on these, the cars they are on and the folk that have them? I ask as I see more and more classic Impreza's with them on, some with quite mature drivers too.

didn,t think scooby net was that narrow minded lights on there own dont make a car chav. got a white classic wrx and my lexas look crystal lights look alot beter than any std lights, but my lights on a diff colour blue red or green dont look good.i think it depends on the individual car, colour and other tasteless mods to turn a car chav.you read some articles in the papers about chaved up motors with there big exhausts big wheels etc and saxo's and novas etc spring to mind looking like they just drove through halfords window.but how many of the people on here have 4'' +exhausts big rims etc.rant over but does one item really make a car look chav

Uneducated simpleton + a liking for shiny things = loving Lexus lights on the back of whatever car they own.
Gross generalisation maybe but pretty much sums it up in my experience.

lexarse lights look ****... graphics on a scoob however... only scoobs can pull it off. was colin mcrae and all other rally drivers chav`s coz there cars has stickers on??
a chav is...
Smokes his nans stolan superkings,
spits at passers by,
has no considderation for any 1 else,
and.... if a chav was lucky enough to have a real drivers licence, they would have the following..
A small 1.1 1.2 powerd rollerskate car...
an Argos back box with a fake tail pipe on the back to fit in a small village...
neons,
MASSIVE body kid that looks **** and is sprayed in primer
Go faster stripe over the bonnet and roof,
a big **** stereo that sounds crap due to it all being from cash converters
standerd suspention with 17" fox racing alloys!!
Need i go on??
im my eyes there are 3 kinds of scooby drivers...
1)Normal every day people that appreciate there cars and each and every other subaru owner (with out being a judgmental tw@t)
2)A judgemental tw@t that will snot on any lesser scooby than his/hers or slate someone down because they cant spell on a public forum, take the pi55 out of scooby newbees for asking the question they once asked etc..
3) A complete chavvy tw@t that bought his stereo from cash converters, has neons all over it, a massive **** body kit and rear wing the size of africa, a powered by fairydust sticker from halfords, every STI sticker from ebay oh yeh and i almost forgot.. the 17" fox racing budget wheels from halfords!
after all that i will still agree with topic in hand! You are not a chav but if you have lexarse lights..... you really should of gone to spec savers!!
Thanks

I admit to buying a set of lexus lights in 2002, back then it was very rare and a new thing on the market. I remember posting the pics up of my old silver 93 wrx and getting lots of good comments from members on here who'd now slag them completely.
I realised my huge error after a week or so and swapped them plus £50 my way (that's how things have changed) for some JDM sti rears, they looked 100 times better and I gave myself a slap!
Now I would never consider it and I think if I bought an Impreza that happened to have them fitted I'd take a set of std rear lights with me and make a point of fitting them in front of the owner!
