If find it quite funny that people are unwilling to put a location even if it is only the county they live in. As there are a number of times I thought I have been in that situation and it wouldbe easier to meet up and fix the problem than try to explain it over the net. So come on people use the location part as it is intended rather than being funny with a comment as it may get your problem fixed a lot quicker.

That's what PMs are for.

Some people don't want to disclose that information publically, for whatever reason.

That I can understand but I put down Lincolnshire that is a big area to try to pin me down in. Yes if someone offered me help then I would use a PM to let them know the village I live in and how to get there.

1st rule of net usage, never divulge any personal info! I keep reminding ppl to hide their number plates, otherwise your car is open to cloning, adding your general location to the mix would be asking for trouble. And not everyone requires help. If they do as said just use a PM, alot safer. Common sense really.

Edit: Just realised I always have had my location in my profile, so I've just contradicted myself lol

Best change my location, WTF is it anyway?

No need, it's there.
