just a couple of questions
first off how hard is the standard suspension set up on a 98 sti?

hi mate not to sure about suspension but the anti lag is safe aslong as its mild anti-lag and also if you dont use it all the time...hope this helps

sound on the anti lag....the ride seems a tad rough on the one i have but wasnt sure if this is normal on the sti's

Does it have standard suspension,tyres can affect the quality of the ride as well but unless i drive your car i can't definately comment.

on my sti its not very hard or bumpy...its quite high from the front not sure if yours is the same??

yeah its quite high i also have 18's on it would this be why it seems a tad stiff
