I think you are actually referring to the Micro-Seiki DD 40. Admit thery look smart but have never heard one. That sort of money would buy a Rega Planar 3, a used Linn Axis or a very used Linn LP12. Bit old school I know but well worth the money. Have had my Sondek 20 years now and still beats the pants of my £800 CD player.

For the younger audience, we are talking about the big shiney black things with the hole in the middle that your parents have stuffed away in the loft
