as some of you may or may not be aware this is the month of MOVEMBER,

it was started a few years back to raise awarness and raise cash for mens health issues in perticular Prostate Cancer. i am asking for your support by a small donation, even be it £1 if enough people spare the time and a quid we will reach out target and hopefully even more.

i am asking for a £1 donation if you can spare more than great but if not lets be honest it is a quid, a nugget, can of coke and the sun paper its not much and it all goes towards the fight against cancer which i think we all will agree needs to be done as i think the statistic show 1 in 3 people are effected by cancer in thier life time.
