Right long story short,

Set up stripping imprezas just a part time thing.

But then decided to go at it full time ended up getting quite alot off parts backed up but to cut it short ebay account got messed up and cant be fixed. ((argueing with them at moment)) and that was my main way off selling bits,

Think iv ended up putting about 5K in

Right problem im having is cant put any more money in. So dont know wether to

A.) Just lock doors and leave it till things pick up
B.) Try and find some one to buy the lot

The wife has mentioned trying to find a partner to do it with but think alot off people are in same boat as me at moment.

Im oright breaking them and doing all dirty work also fine finding and buying them, but would need some one to deal with selling and sorting advertiseing etc.

litterally banging head against wall at moment any one with abit off expierence would be great. Cant ask mi father as last time i checked he was banged up pmsl

i would go and get a free consultation with business link. They will advise you of the best form to follow.

you need to set out a business plan covering your aims, market analysis and future moves to allow growth and identify problems. It sounds daunting but once you get strted you will be surprised how clear things become when in writing.

its a bit like going for a drive to nowhere in particular - if you have no plan or route to follow then its pointless, however if you get a plan sorted and identify goals and objectives then you a path to success.

Get the wife to do all the admin side of the buiseness and you do the monkey work.
