i think they mean £6,500 not £65,000

 

It would seem not

 

Why do that to a WR1?

Surely if you were going to completely change the car you'd start with a normal STI?

 

how not to modify a wr1 !!

 

I like the colour though

As Moley said, if you're going to do that to a car why start with a WR!?

There aint £65K worth of mods in that spec list!!

 

I'm struggling hard to find where the money was spent!

 

65k yet the previous owner put EBC brake discs and pads on it?
dont even think those mods are worth .65k, the carbon fibre must have cost 60k if that were the case

Osaka are near me. I have seen this car once or twice but am of the same opinion.

That rear looks bloody awful!!!!!

£65k on the mods? Hmmmmmm, seems to me that they have costed their time at £500 per hour as the actual parts couldn't have cost more than a few ££££'s from Halfords Styling Department!

 

the only thing i can think is that the 65k includes the purchase of the car and probably some mods which they have changed again other than that god knows and tbh the rear of a blob eye looks awefull without a spoiler and the addition of the ripspeed lower spoiler

 

I know the guy that use to own this. And the 65k has been spent over the years not all in one go. It originally started off with just the engine work but then he started to ruin it with all kinds of bodykits and wheels (including chrome spinners once) It is a well looked after car but should have been left at the engine work

I remember seeing it with the chrome wheels on, looks awful!! I told the guy in Osaka that he'd ruined it He wasn't impressed!!

 

More Alarming is the fact that it has all those engine mods yet no mention of a remap.

65000 worth of damage when it explodes and takes out a nearby housing estate.

and they ruined that poor WR1.

Classic case of watching too many "Fast and Furious" films and having far too much spare cash in your pocket.

+1 on money cannot buy you taste (but could have got you a nice 911 though )

 

the 65K probably includes the initial purchase of the car

Regardless though, it still looks like shyte
